Department History and Current Status
The Department of Oregon was Chartered in 1996. The current officers are:
Commander Neil McCain
1st Vice Comm. Gordon Jernstedt
2nd Vice Comm. Jack Davis
Secretary Loren Mitchell
Treasurer Charles 'Chuck' Lusardi
There are five Chapters affiliated with the KWVA Department of Oregon.
Iron Triangle Chapter 84 Salem, Oregon
Oregon, Trail Chapter 72 Portland, Oregon
Linn - Benton Chapter 62 Lebanon, Oregon
Rogue Valley Chapter 257 Medford, Oregon (Inactive - 2008)
Southern Oregon Chapter 315 Grants Pass, Oregon
The Department convenes four meetings per year:
There shall be at least four regular meetings held each year at a site chosen by the Board
of Directors within the State of Oregon or its immediate environs.
The first required meeting shall be in the month of January.
The second required meeting shall be in April.
The third required meeting shall be in July.
The fourth required meeting shall be in October.
